For all other products, please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Doe Sprinkles does not offer refunds for a change of mind.

Doe Sprinkles is not responsible for any damage caused to our parcels by Australia Post while in transit. However, if you have an issue, please contact us immediately and we can discuss a replacement or other resolution.


All parcels are shipped within 3-5 business days of your order, using Australia Post Express. Parcels are boxed and packaged safely to ensure your sprinkles arrive quickly and in one piece!

Covid-19: Please be aware that Australia Post are currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network. These delays can be up to a few weeks. While sending Express has alleviated some of those delays, please be aware that your parcel may not arrive as quickly as normal.

We will not take responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post and Couriers as they are out of our control. 

Domestic Shipping

We offer a flat-rate fee of $10 on all orders under $75 which will be sent via Australia Post Express Service.

For all orders over $75, we offer free express shipping Australia Wide.

International Shipping

We currently offer International Shipping to the following countries:

  • New Zealand

For all orders over $150AUD we offer free international express shipping. For orders under $150AUD, shipping costs are as follows:

All parcels are sent via Australia Post Express.

International Customers: Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in our product or shipping costs. These charges are the customers responsibility.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We only have access to the same information as you regarding your tracking number. However, if your order has been lost and/or not delivered correctly we will happily help with any enquiries with Australia Post.


Some of our blends may contain pearls or cachous which may be considered as a choking hazard for toddlers or young children.

Adult supervision is required when consuming our product.

Doe Sprinkles takes no responsibility for any injuries involving the misuse of our products.


All ingredients are listed in our online store for each individual blend. While some are listed as gluten friendly or vegan friendly, we cannot guarantee cross contamination has not occurred. All products are consumed at your own risk.
